1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Web3 Asset Security platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and its associated services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Web3 Asset Security ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our self-custody wallet services, vault protection, and related Web3 infrastructure.

2. Definitions

  • "Digital Assets" refers to cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFTs, and other blockchain-based digital representations of value stored or transacted through the Platform.
  • "Self-Custody" means the User maintains exclusive control over private keys and secret phrases; Web3 Asset Security does not store or have access to these credentials.
  • "Vault" refers to the secure digital storage environment provided by the Platform for asset management.
  • "Verification Amount" refers to the specific sum required for account validation as detailed in Section 4.
  • "Irregularities" refers to unusual transaction patterns, suspicious login attempts, anomalous IP addresses, or other activities that deviate from standard User behavior.

3. Account Security and Monitoring

Web3 Asset Security implements advanced security protocols including MPC (Multi-Party Computation) key protection, real-time risk analysis, and behavioral monitoring to protect User assets from unauthorized access, theft, or loss.

By using our Platform, you consent to automated and manual monitoring of account activities for security purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, analysis of transaction patterns, login locations, device fingerprints, and behavioral biometrics.

Security Authority

Web3 Asset Security maintains the absolute authority to implement protective measures including temporary suspension of transactions, withdrawal holds, or account restrictions when security threats are detected.

4. Asset Verification Protocol

In order to maintain the highest security standards and protect the integrity of the Platform, all Users are subject to our mandatory Asset Verification Protocol under specific circumstances.

4.1 Verification Requirements

Web3 Assets Security has the absolute authority to withhold digital assets if we detect irregularities or suspect unusual activities on your account. This step is a precautionary measure to protect your assets from theft, loss, hack, or unauthorized access.

1

Verification Deposit

In the event of suspected irregularities, we may require you to send approximately $3,000 USD (or equivalent) worth of cryptocurrency to your designated Web3 wallet address to confirm and validate your account ownership.

2

Acceptable Assets

The asset class required for verification may include but is not limited to BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, or other major cryptocurrencies. The critical requirement is that the value equals approximately $3,000 USD at the time of transfer.

3

Identity Verification

Alongside the verification deposit, Users must provide a verifiable means of identification to confirm ownership of the Web3 account in question.

4

Payment Flexibility

This requirement is mandatory and can be fulfilled either installmentally or as a whole amount, depending on User preference and circumstances.

Asset Release Guarantee

Be rest assured that this sum will be available for immediate withdrawal alongside your existing assets portfolio on Web3 after you fulfill the requirement. The verification deposit is not a fee but a security hold that remains under your ownership and control upon successful verification.

Security Rationale: Hackers or scammers will not oblige to sending this amount for any reason, especially when they cannot attach their identity to the said Web3 account. This protocol ensures that only legitimate account owners can regain full access to restricted assets.

5. Asset Custody and Risk Disclosure

Web3 Asset Security operates on a self-custody model. You retain full ownership and control of your private keys and secret recovery phrases. We do not store, have access to, or maintain copies of your credentials.

While we implement enterprise-grade security measures including MPC key protection, transaction policies, and time-delayed recovery flows, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and blockchain transactions are irreversible.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your recovery phrases and private keys.
  • Loss of credentials may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets.
  • Web3 Asset Security cannot reverse, cancel, or modify confirmed blockchain transactions.
  • You assume full responsibility for the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction details.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures, including VPN masking during verification holds.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documentation.
  • Accessing the Platform through automated means (bots, scrapers) without written consent.
  • Attempting to interfere with the Platform's smart contracts, security protocols, or infrastructure.
  • Impersonating other Users or Web3 Asset Security staff.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, asset holds pending investigation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web3 Asset Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Web3 Asset Security in fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association]. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
